Terms and Conditions ~ Your booking will only be confirmed by Tailor Made Stays after we have received and        acknowledged your deposit of a 10% of the total cost per person ~ In the unlikely event of us cancelling your booking we will return your payment in full  ~ No other claim for loss will be considered ~ Naturally we require that all guests hold current Travel Insurance with adequate    Medical Cover ~ No refund will be made if for any reason you cut short the holiday ~ Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your holiday ~ We can not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control such as strikes,    travel delays, mechanical failure, weather conditions, etc. ~ Any dispute will be subject to and governed by English law and jurisdiction ~ We operating a no smoking policy in all vehicles Booking ~ Bookings can be made using our online Booking Form Email or telephone     Please note: Your booking will only be confirmed after we have received and    acknowledged your deposit of 10% of the total cost of the holiday, per person ~ We require a deposit of 10% of the total cost of the holiday per person to reserve    dates, by Personal Cheque ~ The balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival, by Personal Cheque  ~ Please let us know when booking if you have any special requirements diet, mobility etc. ~There is no need to decide on tours prior to arrival but it would be helpful for us to know    your special interests in advance.
